Refund & Cancellation Policy
Every Heartlisted art book is made individually from the artwork you upload, so our refund and cancellation terms reflect that. Here’s how it works, in plain language.
1. Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund within 1 hour of payment. After that, your order enters production and can no longer be cancelled or edited, since each book is printed just for you.
2. When we refund or reprint
Once in production, art books are non-returnable and non-refundable for a change of mind. But if something’s wrong on our end, we’ll always make it right.
We’ll arrange a free reprint, or a full refund where a reprint isn’t possible, if your book has:
- A printing or binding defect
- Damage that happened in transit
- The wrong item, or the wrong artwork printed
Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll sort it out. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.
3. What isn’t covered
So we can keep every book made just for you, a few things fall outside refunds and reprints:
- Incorrect images or text you uploaded
- Low-resolution files that affect print quality
- Cropping choices you made while creating your book
- Minor colour differences between your screen and the printed book
