Shipping Policy

Here’s what to expect once you’ve placed your order, from the day we start making your art book to the day it reaches your door.

1. How long it takes

Your order has two stages, timed separately: the time we take to produce and dispatch your book, and the courier’s delivery time after it ships.

Production. We print, bind, and dispatch your art book within 5–7 working days of your order.

Delivery. From the day your order ships, it typically arrives within:

- 2–5 days in metro cities
- 3–10 days elsewhere in India

You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Any delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout before you pay, so you always see the full amount up front.

We’ll always try to keep you posted, but some things are outside our control and can slow delivery down:

- Festivals and public holidays
- Courier or weather disruptions
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations

Once your book has shipped, we’re not responsible for delays caused by our courier partners, though we’ll help however we can.

If your art book arrives damaged, or there’s a printing or binding defect, we’ll make it right with a free reprint and reshipment, at no cost to you.

Just take photos of the packaging and the book, and contact us at support@heartlisted.com within 7 days of delivery.

For now, we ship only within India.
